Mamadou, Prep Cook

The biggest problem for me is how to find a place to live. I work, I get a paycheck, I just can’t find a place to live. Everybody’s feeling it. The white people can be in the nice, rich neighborhood, and the rest of us can’t. I used to live in Ballard when I first moved here and I can’t live there any more. Too much stuff…I can’t talk about it. That would be awesome if you had a program that could help out my coworkers. So many of my coworkers take three buses because they can’t find a place closer to here. I want to be closer to where I work.”
